Refund policy

1.Cancel the order

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If you cancel the order, you will get a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel the order.

 

2.Return & Exchange conditions

You can return most items for a refund within 7 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted. However, you need to pay the return delivery fee.

There are a few items that can’t be returned:

  • Clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized items
  • Bundled items at discounted rates, e.g. “2 for $250” (unless the entire bundle is returned)
  • Items you have already assembled
  • Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page
  • Open Box Items

However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, you can contact betruestore@hotmail.com, and we will afford the delivery fee. We’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.

If you want to replace the items, please re-purchase after returning them.

 4.Return form:

If you are not satisfied with items you received, you must send back items within 7 days of receiving all your items .

Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and with all tags attached.

We do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. service. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.

PROCESS OF RETURNING:

1.Contact with our customer service. Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

2.Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.

3.Drop off our package at the local post office.

4.Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance to our return conditions.

 

5.Refund: 

If a refund is required, we will return the agreed amount to your payment account. From the operation of the refund to the consumer receiving the refund, it will take about 72hours.
